Hi, my name is Nicole and I am very passionate about helping families get the sleep they deserve!
I am the owner of Time 2 Sleep, a middle school teacher, and a mother to a beautiful baby boy whom I credit most for leading me to become a certified sleep consultant.
As a Certified Sleep Sense Consultant, I’ve undergone a comprehensive training and mentoring program which has given me the very best tools and knowledge available to help you get your little one sleeping through the night!
I have over 10 years of experience teaching middle school and have seen firsthand the effects of sleep deprived children; finding it so hard to concentrate and learn the necessary skills to succeed. I would hear parents say again and again, "he/she never slept well, even when he/she was a baby" - a statement that always concerned me and also led me on this sleep path.

After meeting and getting to know the challenges, you will get a customized sleep plan to carry out. I work with you by answering questions, motivating and spending the time to follow up with you, so that you never feel alone on this journey. I will come to your place for your consultation (if within reasonable distance) or we can meet virtually using Skype or Facetime.
