Tollbod Construction Ltd. was created in 2001 by Scott Hage. Prior to relocating to the Sunshine Coast, BC, Scott worked for 15 years as a Construction Manager for ParkLane Homes Ltd. on the Lower Mainland. Scott has a vast amount of building knowledge and experience that he brings to every project big or small. Starting out as a much smaller company, Tollbod Construction Ltd. has grown significantly over the years and was incorporated in 2004. Tollbod Construction Ltd. has been building on the Sunshine Coast for 10 years and during that time has created a reputation of building fine, quality homes and providing outstanding customer service. Tollbod Construction Ltd. maintains work relationships with reliable and professional tradesmen and employs experienced carpenters and labourers who ensure excellence in all aspects of the build.

As a certified builder, Tollbod provides a 2-5-10 year warranty and liability insurance.
