Embroidery:
Total–Contact offers in-house embroidery services so that you can be assured that your project will receive personal attention from our dedicated staff.

Embroidery is the most popular of all apparel decorating methods. It creates a highly professional impression of your company or Team logo and creates a distinctive look. Embroidery is the most durable option available and will not wear off. Your design can be sewn with an endless amount of thread color choice and can be sewn on almost any location of clothing.

Screen Printing:
Screen Printing is commonly used to transfer your logo or design onto T-shirts, sweatshirts and hundreds of other items. It leaves a soft touch finish on your product and is very economical for larger quantity jobs. Clean artwork is very important. An example of poor artwork is a graphic clipped from a website which is typically a very low resolution graphic. When these images are screen printed, they tend to create a grainy, undefined look. Ideally, we prefer Vector art. If your image is a .jpg or .tif or any other Raster image format, it should be 100% size and no less than 200 dpi. The file formats we accept are: .eps; .ai; and .cdr. To avoid extra artwork charges, please provide us with your best artwork.

Heat Transfers:
Total-Contact provides in-house digital Heat Transfers. This allows your design to print and cut in one process, creating full color transfers for heat application. Your design can be heat applied onto apparel and other items such as banners, bumper stickers, window decals and more. This is a great option for logos that have a lot of detail and colors that fade from dark to light. Your design stays as you intended it to be.

A second option for heat transfers is 1-3 Colour Heat Transfers. This is the most economical and quickest option to decorate your apparel or product, however, this method is restricted to one to three colors per design and suitable for only certain types of materials.

Your design is cut from a high quality vinyl and added to the apparel or product by the use of a heat press. The heat press applied vinyl is very durable and is bonded with improved adhesive that guarantees your design will not peel away. We stock a generous supply of heat applied vinyl in various colours.

This option is generally used for names and numbers on team uniforms, and can also be used for logos and chest badges. Heat pressing is also a popular option for fast turnarounds with smaller quantity orders. This is a great option for those one of a kind designs.
