Brooke's passion for fitness began while on a journey to improve her own health. "I took part in training sessions, group fitness classes, and programs that aided in my progress. That passion developed into a desire to help others reach their own goals." Brooke pursued course work geared toward health education, exercise science, and nutrition which led her to obtain a master's degree in Kinesiology, Wellness Promotion, & Health Management. During Brooke's classes, she encourages the clients to focus on their goals and challenge themselves more each time. When she isn't teaching, training, or taking classes at Bodyfit, she is learning the ropes of motherhood and keeping up with her one year old son. "Getting back into the groove of working out regularly after pregnancy and birth is challenging. Us mamas need all the support we can get!" For that reason, Brooke is looking for mothers to build her personal training clientele. "Our bodies have done something amazing, we need to take care of it so we can be the moms our kids deserve."
