True You Yoga

Jewel Nurse-Hutchins is the owner/instructor of True You Yoga and Suspension Yoga North. After meeting her husband, Jewel moved to Huntsville in 2008 and has made it her home. She has worked in the fitness industry over 3 years as a certified personal trainer focusing on women’s fitness. Today, she holds certifications in both hatha yoga and suspension yoga.
True You Yoga, established in August 2013, is a mobile yoga service offering private or group sessions at the individual’s home, cottage or business in the Huntsville area. Jewel has recently established Suspension Yoga North which utilizes the YogiGym Suspension sling to create challenging workouts for the body, mind and spirit. A variety of classes offer everything from grounded yoga movement to aerial routines for all levels of fitness and age groups.
Jewel has combined her personal commitment to yoga and desire to help others to create a safe and unique experience where individuals can increase their awareness through their own physicality. At their own pace, individuals are encouraged to explore their body’s capabilities and “find their edges”. Her compassionate manner teaches us to love the body we are in and to move with confidence, grace and gratitude.
Jewel continues to pursue growth and balance by seeking knowledge and experience on a personal and professional level.
