We are specialized in European style desserts or "Viennoiseries", million miles away from the mass production cake industry.

At Truffes, we bake in style, care, attention and love of what we do. We guarantee you an unmatched taste, freshness and high quality desserts.

Since we are not a "mass production" factory, our products are restricted to what we do best, knowing that the list will progressively grow, while we would be hearing your suggestions to grow furthermore.

Here are the items that are currently suggested:

Item 1: Chocolate biscuit cake (or "succès")
As its french name indicates, it is an everytime success and an all times favorite.
Intense, delightful chocolate, exquisitly mouth melting, you tell us when you taste it.
Can feed 15 people at least. $35 total price including delivery at any address within HRM.

Item 2: Caramel and Vanilla flavored custard style cream (or "Crème Caramel")
Delicious, refreshing, gluten free, exquisitly accompanied with Caramel sauce.
Can feed 12 people at least. $35 total price including delivery at any address within HRM.

Item 3: Truffes' chocolate cake
Our masterpiece, flag ship, tasteful, signature cake.

Three layers of mouth-melting chocolate cake separated by a delicious, light chocolate cream.
The cake melts in the mouth (brownie type) and the chocolate cream leverages the (already) delightful taste of the cake layers, all topped by a beautiful chocolate ganache.
We are ready to put our bets on the table: this is one of the best chocolate cakes ever, period.

A bigger cake for 25 people can be made for $60.

Item 4: Strawberry Vanilla Génoise layered cake
You will be surprised with this one. The cake batter is done with no baking powder; it is however amazingly fluffy and moist. The taste of the delightful light vanilla cream is amazing along with the fresh strawberries... yours to discover.

Item 5: Cupcakes
Forget about the high sugar/high cholesterol/mass production cupcakes that you see every day.

These are carefully baked and handcrafted fresh and delicious cupcakes with a delightful cream that is miles away from the bulky/low end icing currently on the market.

Pick your preference between vanilla or chocolate batter on one end, and vanilla, chocolate, strawberry cream on the other. You can mix and match as much as you like.
