I've been proud to call Fort McMurray home for over 30 years and would love to help you do the same. I believe this is one of the most robust and unique communities in all of Canada and with that comes many opportunities and a few challenges as well. I strongly support in giving back to the community in which I work. I live by the motto "Work Here, Live Here, Play Here" and that's exactly what I do. I'm actively engaged in our community through various volunteer initiatives. I take great pride when people place their trust in me to help them and see it fitting to give back whenever and wherever possible. Outside of work my two passions are my one year old daughter and almost any sport you can imagine. I sat as the co-chair of the 2013 Cdn Jr Curling Championships, 2014 Grand Slam of Curling 'The National' and the upcoming 2015 Grand Slam of Curling 'Elite 10' event. I've also spent 8 years on the Board of the Fort McMurray Oilsands Curling Club, most recently as the President of the club.
