CANCELLATION POLICY
Here at Urban Vogue, we know that "life happens", but out of professional courtesy, we require a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice for ANY cancellation. This gives our stylists a better chance to accomodate all clients and keeps the salon running smoothly.

NO SHOW POLICY
If you have not given the required 24 hour cancellation notice and fail to show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged on your next schedule appointment for the missed appointment.

LATE SHOW POLICY
If you are 10 or more minutes late to a scheduled appointment, your scheduled appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule for another time.
