Due to Nature of Rustic Furniture, We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, with respect items sold. Due to the character of natural wood products, all dimensions are approximate They are provided "as is," with all faults. Including any cracks, splits, or warps.

Furthermore, this means you are purchasing our furniture on the understanding that any necessary simple adjustments need to be undertaken by you at your expense. If you do not wish to undertake any adjustments needed and wish to return the item we will of course offer a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Control The Environment:

To avoid cracks and splits in wood, keep the indoor humidity levels between 35% and 45%.All wood products will absorb and release moisture for a lifetime. Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight from windows or near other heat sources such as stoves or radiators. Never store furniture in an attic, basement, or damp areas. Some Natural Splitting and warping can occur and is considered part of the "Rustic Nature" of the furniture being purchased.

The wood is full of inherent character, blemishes, holes (that may or may not be filled) small cracks, worm holes, and insect valleys which are unique to each piece that gives our furniture warm character. There are no two pieces that are ever exactly alike which makes them a one of a kind piece built especially for you.
