Vancouver Adventure Therapy is a dynamic program that supports youth and young adults, ages 15 – 29, struggling with various problems in their life through a combination of adventure and group therapy.

We offer 8 week adventure programs, one day per week. Days are a combination of weekly adventures and group therapy.

Who we Help:

-Addictive gaming

-Alcohol and Drug misuse/addiction (including cannibis)

-Depression, Anxiety, or Social Isolation

-Struggles to move forward in life

-Feeling lost or unsure of future direction

-Anger and frustration

*Individual therapy and support for parents also available.
