About Donna:
I am a registered social worker as well as a mother of three. My original career was in Nursing before obtaining a Masters in Social Work.

I have been trained in various methods, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Strength Based Therapy and Parent Coaching. My experience has been helping people who have and are experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression and first episode psychosis. My experience has provided me with a gift of learning from others as I believe that everyone has the strength within themselves to overcome the struggles in life.
