Village Fit- Michelle Mark

As a Kinesiologist, Nurse and Anat Baniel Method Neuromovement practitioner, I am fulfilled by sharing with my clients and students all that I have learned to help them to lead a healthy, active and pain free life. Village Fit is movement based education for the whole Village. I began my career working with mothers only and focusing on postpartum women returning to exercise. I am happy to share my knowledge about hypopressives and other postpartum specific techniques. But I am most passionate about my work as an Anat Baniel Method practitioner and helping clients somatically. I have now transitioned into sharing my work with NOT only moms BUT with the whole village. Men, women and children, old and young. (I am currently a student in the Childrens Mastery portion of ABM and am working with children pro bono)
