Vortex Flow Arts

At nineteen years old, Kassandra Montgomery (Vortex Flow Arts) has been an avid flow artist for two years. Originally picking up a hoop when she was a kid, Kassandra began training in hoop dance and flow arts in early 2014, is a certified Hooplove Coach, and doesn't plan to stop there. She is constantly amazed at how flow arts and hoop dance has not only changed her life, but also provided support and reprieve from her anxiety. Kassandra is aiming to perform, to teach, to provide top quality hoops, and to help those with anxiety find relief and support through flow arts and movement as she has.
