Walnut Banks

We try to source the majority of our product components from old buildings (barns, homes, out buildings, etc.) and rework it to embrace its character and strength. Our equipment and supplies are purchased locally based on availability.

Small pieces that are too warped and weathered and our off cuts are used for small decorative pieces like bird houses, feeders, planters and more. We try to find a use for everything.

We work outdoors as much as possible to enjoy the natural light and ventilation. Proudly Canadian, in the winter we are often in the snow denailing and planing wood clad in our insulated bibbers and Pook toques.

Thanks to their incredible work and our own family's experience with them, 10% of every sale is donated to MacKids McMaster Children's Hospital, Hamilton, Ontario.
