Wasaga Beach Cottage Rental

Immaculate, open concept cedar cottage on Allenwood Beach, Wasaga. Located 5 minute (drive) north of Wasaga Beach, 20 minute drive to Collingwood, 25 minutes to Blue Mountain.

This cottage is suitable for a maximum of 6 guests.

Allenwood Beach is part of the Wasaga Beach Provincial Park and is maintained weekly. Wide tracts of sandy beach and abundant sandbars provide large areas of shallow water perfect for children. On windier days Kite Surfing is popular in the area… the beach is truly world class.
The cottage is a 1 minute walk from this beach.

On the main floor are three bedrooms (King, Queen and Double). Each bedroom has a closet, dresser and bed. One bedroom has a balcony.

The main floor great room is an open concept space with 20ft cathedral ceilings with exposed wooden beams. This space overlooks the beautiful Allenwood beach allowing for perfect sunset views. There are 2 large white sofas, coffee table and modern lighting in this space.

Also on the main floor is a fully updated kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster). Kitchen also includes cookware and service ware for indoors and outdoors dining.
The 7ft long live edge wooden kitchen table is accompanied by a set of 6 colourful Eiffel Tower chairs.

This cottage has 1.5 bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer with adjacent power room on the lower level. Full bathroom has a tub/shower.

This rate is based on weekly rentals from May 1st 2017 to September 1st 2017.
$500 Non refundable deposit upon booking.
Balance and $500 damage deposit due 2 weeks prior to booking date
