Attached large 145 X 80 indoor arena with heated viewing room,, 60 X 90 outdoor arena, Wash Stall, hot and cold water, keypad locked tack room, extra storage for seasonal blanket rotation and washroom.
Own Trainer (with proof of insurance), farrier and vet welcome.
This is not a lesson barn, so no competing for arena time.
