In keeping a positive experience for our fans, we reserve the right to take down photos, comments and other material deemed unproductive, repetitive, irrelevant or belligerent.
We may block someone from further participation if he/she posts:
• Offensive or violent language
• Hateful or discriminatory comments regarding race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, political beliefs or name-calling
• Links or comments containing sexually explicit content material
• Violations of copyright or intellectual property rights
• Spam, link baiting or files containing viruses that could damage the operation of other people’s computers or mobile devices
• Attacks on specific groups or any comments meant to harass, threaten or abuse an individual

Public posts that may be relevant to motorcycling or are charitable in nature should be posted on the Facebook GROUP (https://www.facebook.com/groups/2362891205/). This group is not administered by the Wharf Rat Rally Motorcycle Association but has been given permission to use the copyrighted name. While the Wharf Rat Rally Motorcycle Association Facebook Page offers rally event and sponsor information, the group provides a forum for discussion and information on non-rally topics. Posts relating to the timeline of the event should say “during” the Wharf Rat Rally.

NOTE: Please note that any misrepresentation of the Wharf Rat Rally, including using the name Wharf Rat Rally or the rat logo, will be reported to Facebook as per their trademark and copyright infringement policies.

The Wharf Rat Rally Motorcycle Association’s logo is trademarked and copyrighted and cannot be used without the explicit written permission of the Association.
