Welcome and blessings!
Born in a remote village in the Adirondack Mountains, Therá Levi has never lost her connection to the wilderness. This connection has provided a sense of belonging from the time she spent living in a tent in the West Canada Creek Wilderness Area with her father, a New York State Forest Ranger, and the rest of her family and continued throuout her youth. Her time in nature developed in her a nurturing presence, sensitivity, and intuitive wisdom that inspires ideals of love, compassion, and faith from deep within those around her. She is an enthusiastic teacher and mentor know for creating sacred spaces for the process of transformation and growth.

Therá's life experience with childhood trauma and her experience raising five daughters sparked her interest in the connection between body, mind, emotions, and wholeness. She invites you to imagine a way of living your ordinary life as a shamanic vision quest while learning to embody the sacred in the simplicity of life.

Using workshops for the public, individual, and group work, Therá

works largely with non-ordinary states of consciousness, through the use of the breath and other relaxation techniques, she provides sacred space for integrating that which separates you from connecting with the power, the wisdom, the rhythm, and the magic of your own soul.

Sessions are personalized according to your specific goals and focused on personal, physical, emotional, and spiritual awareness, balancing, and growth.
