Certified Yoga Teacher and Pilates Mat Instructor.
Lucie was a Creative Movement and Modern Dance Teacher for 15 years with the Connecticut Commission on the Arts and with the Community School of the University of Connecticut. A long-time yoga student, Lucie got her Interdisciplinary Yoga Teacher Certification from the Nosara Institute, and attended various trainings for teachers: Yin Yoga with Biff Mitthoefer, Vinyasa Flow Intensive with Seane Corn, restorative, Hips and Knees, with Judith Lasater, etc.
