Wine & Harmony

For most of my life I have been surrounded by flowers and have familiarized myself with the many colours, textures and illusive varieties available for creating a little bit of magic in the garden. Recently I have begun to hone my skills using wine as the center of my art. This has definitely been an amazing experience; challenging and rewarding. Like gardening, wine and food pairing reflects the artist and if done well provides for everyone who participates immense enjoyment and satisfaction. I am a certified sommelier and this unique art of pairing wine with food whether an elaborate dinner or a quick picnic on the go is something I would love to share with you and a group of your friends. With a few simple principles, choosing a wine is something you can approach with confidence to enhance any meal you prepare.

I will bring the party to you! You will provide a table in a well lit area which can comfortably accommodate your guests and I will provide the glassware and any dishes/utensils needed for the wine and food tasting. Each tasting will include 8 wines and various appetizers which will demonstrate the wine and food principles relevant to the theme chosen.
