About me:

15 years ago I got into a bad relationship, and as a result, had temporary PTSD. 5 years ago, my shoulder and hip were aching and numb and I had my 1st Bowen treatment with amazing results. That's how I came into this therapy. This year, I've taken advanced training by the founders of the Bowen technique and I'm taking business training so I can help new moms feel more relaxed, gain more control, and have more confidence over stress. As a Body Wisdom Expert, I'm a bit like a mechanic. When people come to see me, we check for damage, and address the most pressing issues first. Then, we can make adjustments to allow you to reconnect with your body's inner wisdom. Regular maintenance is the key! As a Body Wisdom Expert, I help other Moms to actualize their full potential. It's a bit like a coffee club. There is hands-on support on a regular basis with ongoing online and phone support as well.
