My passion is coaching people into fitness and health. I create exercise plans and step by step guides to retrain your eating habits. So you never start, fail, or finish a diet. No more yoyo. No more hoping "this works" Change WILL bring about change. I can help you literally change your thinking patterns around food.. and achieve RESULTS.

- standard diet plans for the most part
- focusing on pounds over inches: remember, muscle weighs more than fat
- trying to be skinny and not healthy
- using guilt, shame, self-hatred or fear as motivators (I will help you learn to use other motivators! But you will need to be brave!)
- cutting out food groups purely for weight loss reasons (I am not anti vegan or vegetarian, just pro moderation and balance as a means for successful weight loss)
I have successfully dropped 25 lbs, 4-5 jeans sizes, changed my body composition and metabolism and 'proportions'(not bone structure), and most importantly, changed the way that I THINK. I struggled for years, yo-yoing and living on salads without seeing inches budge. I now don't diet, have balance in the way I think about food, have a DESIRE to exercise, have exercise a foundational part of my daily life, and never feel deprived. I can help you too!
