XCEED Engineering was started in 2014 by two engineers in the nuclear industry. Since then, we've grown and provided services for many industries.

Before we started the company, we were working as engineers at a nuclear power plant. We led dozens of projects, always focused on ensuring the health and safety of the public.

But the projects also needed to be efficient. With the price of electricity so low, there wasn't a lot of money available to waste on unnecessary stuff. This is where we honed our skills, only doing what was necessary, and cutting out things that just didn't need to be done.

As Engineers, the founders of XCEED were chosen to lead engineering for the Fukushima FLEX project. The average spend on this was expected to be around $50M per nuclear plant. We worked with project management and site management to help reduce the cost of the project by about $8.8M.
