The best meals are home-made meals but with a busy work and family schedule, many of us do not have the time to prepare a healthy and wholesome meal for ourselves and our family. Instead of visiting the frozen/pre-made food isle in desperation, or a trip to the fast-food, join our freshly prepared home meal group of customers for an alternative, let us bring you the all the flavors and delights of a delicious, freshly made meal, ready to eat in under 5 minutes!!

Yammy_Yummo is a home-based catering company located in the Tri-Cities area.
What do we do?
We prepare individual and family portioned home-made meals in micro-wave safe packaging .
How does this work?

Three easy steps:
- Pick one or more meals from our menu depending on you or your family’s weekly consumption.

- Give us a call at to place your order, consult about allergies, and confirm pick up time.

Only cash payments or E-transfer can be accepted at this time.

How are the meals made?
Meals are prepared weekly from fresh ingredients
We do not use previously frozen meats and vegetables.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that meals are prepared in a nut-free environment. In addition, since a diverse array of spices and ingredients are used, individuals with specific allergies are strongly urged to consult with us before placing an order.

How should the meals be stored?
Each meal can either be kept in the fridge for up to a week or stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

What is the menu?
Our menu is diverse and offers a selection to suit the vegetarian/ meat-lovers !

Do you take requests?
We are open to requests and thrive on the feedback we receive from our clients. Although some requests, such as nut-free foods, cannot currently be accommodated, we will work with you to deliver the best outcome.
