Yoga Naturally - Mind Body & Soul Wellness

I am a RYT-200, Yoga Alliance Certified Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and RPYT Prenatal Yoga Teacher. Currently taking a break from teaching yoga to honor my body and nourish myself after 2 back to back pregnancies.

I am a certified Reiki Master with a little over 4 years of experience. I took Level 1 & 2 in Bali through Divine Light Ministries. Once back in Canada I knew I wanted to pursue my Reiki Training even further so I took Levels 1, 2 and then my Masters with Beyond Belief Hypnotherapy in Okotoks.

I have taken BodyTalk courses and am working towards becoming a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner. I have also taken Angel Card Reading courses with Doreen Virtue in Ft. Lauderdale, as well as Angel and Crystal healing courses.

In my healing sessions I combine chakra and Angel healing, crystal therapy and Reiki. I use the trainings that I have received as well as my intuition to guide the session so that it is specifically tailored to meet your needs. When called to do so, I use sacred herbs for smudging.
