So whether you are just starting or continuing to explore all that yoga has to offer our 6:00am to 8:30pm daily schedule will make your journey easy.
Our Yoga classes go from Ashtanga to Yin with Hot Yoga, Meditation, Restorative, and Vinyasa in between. Also many of our non hot classes will incorporate our Yoga Wall which will help all level of yogis get to their next level.
Looking to Cross-train with yoga? Train like an athlete at Yoga Public's TRX Training Centre. Suspension Training on the TRX tightens your core, strengthens and lengthens your muscles and increases your flexibility.
