Yogatown

At yogatown we aspire to EMPOWER. Our yoga is a way of LIFE. We believe in a challenging yoga practice, to discover STRENGTH we didn’t know we had. Our yoga is a moving MEDITATION, meant to get us out of our head and back to our hearts. We believe in a good SWEAT, to heal and cleanse us not only physically but mentally. We find comfort amidst the discomfort BECAUSE life gets uncomfortable. We inhale acceptance and exhale resistance. The hot room is our SANCTUARY. A place to shed old definitions of who we are, for who we can become. Our time on the mat is an opportunity to QUIET the inner judge, transcend perceived physical limits, and find FREEDOM in our body and mind.
