Ever wondered where Niagara comes to play?

Since opening in 2012, Youngs Sportsplex has not only elevated the sport scene in the City of Welland, but across the entire Niagara Region. The multi-sport complex features four indoor tennis courts, an indoor FIFA-regulation sized soccer field, and five outdoor (two turf, three grass) soccer fields. These impressive accommodations provide patrons a year-round option to train and play across a variety of sport offerings.

Operated by Spectra Venue Management, and in partnership with the Welland Soccer Club and Welland Indoor Tennis Club, Youngs Sportsplex is as diverse as they come, boasting a variety of programs, leagues, and activities that span the sporting landscape. Such offerings have included tennis, soccer, football, Ultimate Frisbee, lacrosse, softball, golf, and more for both youth and adults. The 128,000 sq. ft. facility is also the proud host of many sport events, such as various OFSAA Championships, Canadian Tire Jump Start days, Special Olympics Ontario School Championships Qualifiers, Niagara College Men’s & Women’s Soccer, and more, as well as non-sport events.
