Younity Yoga mind and body

Stacy Chittenden has been practicing yoga for over half of her life. (nearly 16 years). She's been teaching yoga off and on since 2009. Being that she is a busy stay at home mom of 5 young children, she understands the demands of a householder. She offers classes that are full of love, understanding, and most important, fun! Stacy takes time in the poses, allowing the body to warm up and to focus your attention on the breath and how to move your body freely in unison with the breath. Her classes will leave you feeling honoured and valued. There is a wide range of diversity in her teaching techniques, from power yoga (ashtanga), to restorative yoga, to post and prenatal yoga, to meditation and breath work, so there is something there for everyone.
