ZABS BOXING & FITNESS CLUB NO CONTRACTS $30.00 PER MONTH
We are now open and are offering you a family owned gym to come in and workout in. We offer personal training for all your physical fitness needs. We also have a personal trainer for one on one boxing lessons. Group lessons for Russian Spesnaz training.
Come on in and workout on are weight training Hammer Strength & Cybex equipment or try out the Recumbent bike and Eliptical.
Our starting age for a member is 12 years old. Working out and learning the proper tecniques of boxing not only gets kids and adults in shape it gives them confidence and disipline.
Personal training one on one available for $60.00 per hour.
Boxing classes that are included in your membership are.
Days: Mon, Wed. 10-11:30am
Nights: Tues, Thur. 6-7:30pm
