Zumba with Claudia

Hello Everyone :)
Im Claudia and I LOVE LOVE TO ZUMBA!!! ZUmba is a mix of Latin music with some Raggaeton, Cumbia, Samba, Salsa, merengue, hip-hop, and much more!! It is the best workout because it feels like a party!!!

What to bring to classes
- dress in breathable clothing ( work out gear)-It gets hot!!!
- wear supportive footwear (ie. runners or trainers)--Older runners are best:)
- bring a towel and waterbottle
- A smile and your ready to party attitude ;) AYAYAYE!!!
