1596 Royal Highland Fusiliers of Canada Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps

Army cadets is a free program for young men and women from ages 12 to 18 and gives them the opportunity to participate in challenging and exciting activities, meet new friends, be part of a team and learn new skills in a positive, friendly and safe environment.

Our training is delivered by qualified personnel, many of whom are Cadet Non-Commissioned Officer’s (NCO’s), who work tirelessly to ensure that the needs of each cadet are met. Our training is designed to promote physical fitness, leadership development, good citizenship, and team building skills.

Participation in activities such as parades and community events count towards high school community hours and is a great way to meet new people with common interests.
