This page to promote the many wonderful benefits of Massage Therapy. As an RMT for 8 years I have had the opportunity to work with many people with a wide variety of conditions such as sciatica, TMJ dysfunction, headaches, osteoarthritis, pre and post natal, sports injuries and low back pain.

Many people lead very busy lives and do not make the time to practice self care and stress management. Taking the time out for regular massage therapy sessions can help as preventative therapy and maintenance.

My treatment techniques vary depending on the individual and condition. I strongly emphasize the importance of homecare so WE can work together to maintain or improve a better quality of life.
