A graduate of George Brown College Chef School's Baking and Pastry Arts Management Program. I am also an Honours Graduate of Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionery Arts' Designer Cakes Program. I was privileged to fine tune my skills at the prestigious Bobbette & Belle Pastry Shop in Toronto.
