DRY ICE Sports Performance Centre - Whitby

Dry Ice Sports Performance Centre is located conveniently at 1450 Hopkins Street, Unit 1, close to the 401 in Whitby. We have a full gym that is dedicated to the Elite Athlete. On our Skating Treadmill we run Individual, Group, and Team Training Sessions. The 16’ x 31.50’ Synthetic Ice Pad allows us run Shooting Classes, Goalie Lessons, Learn to Play and Learn to Skate Programs. The downstairs weight room is designed for elite athletic off-ice training. The upstairs of the facility features a Studio Room and a Cardio Room which are used for Team Training, Group Training, Spinning Classes, TRX Classes, Meditation and Yoga Classes. Our Board Room seats 40 people and is equipped with TV, internet access, and video system, which is perfect for Team meetings & Executive meetings. All of these great features are available from Dry Ice all under one roof.
