MOKSHA HOT YOGA - London's Original Hot Yoga Studio! For over 10-years we have offered our community a unique experience in hot yoga!

Our series combines foundations from traditional yoga with discoveries from therapeutic yoga -- all in a specially heated room.

This gives you a cardiovascular workout that tones, releases, and strengthens muscles, while calming your mind and reducing your stress.

We heat our studio to make it easer and safer for you to achieve flexibility and detoxification. (Sweat carries toxins right out of your body!)
