Paula Griffith is a veteran of the music industry for over 20 years and is considered one of the best vocal and performance coaches in the world. Paula was vocal coach to Y.T.V.’s #1 hit reality show ‘The Next Star’, was personal vocal coach to Daniel J. Gordon; star of Global television’s ‘Da Kink in My Hair’ and is currently the vocal coach to Jenna Weir who plays Matilda in the Tony Award Winning musical Matilda in Canada. Most of her students have gone on to have successful careers in Film, T.V. Musical Theatre and as recording artists in Europe, Canada and the US.
Her students have signed major recording, distribution, management and artist development contracts working with producers like L.A. Reid, Ludacris, Bryan-Michael Cox and with labels like; Warner Music, Universal, Motown Records, Capitol Records, R.C.A. Sony and with The Weekend and Timberland management teams.
Paula is a classically trained singer and a graduate from The University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She is also a certified Specialist of Vocal Styles from The Berklee College of Music. As a leading expert in vocal training, Paula is the Professor of Vocal Studies at Seneca College for the Independent Music program. Paula developed a one of a kind curriculum, where she created the first Pop, R&B, Contemporary vocal program credited by a College or University in Canada.
Paula is best known for her beautiful and powerful voice and has performed for Quincy Jones and Elton John, worked with Grammy award winner Jill Scott and was mentored by multi Juno award winner Canadian Jazz singer Liberty Silver. She has also been a featured vocalist at Roy Thompson Hall, The C.N.E., The Living Arts Centre, Massey Hall, Liberty Grand, The Sony Centre and CBC Radio-Canada’s Glenn Gould Studio. Her performance experience also extends into film and television to which her credits include national Canadian and American Commercials.
In addition, Paula has worked with top New York, Toronto and L.A. producers who have created music for other artists like Drake, Beyonce, Stevie Wonder, Anita Baker, James Brown and Mary J Blige. She has also produced, written and recorded three original albums ‘Freedom’, ‘Chosen’ and ‘Starlight and has been featured in numerous recordings by other artists. This year her latest song, “Wish upon a Star”, engineered by Grammy Award winner Innam Haq, was chosen to be the sound track for a movie and music video for 2017. She is currently working on an EP of inspirational ballads called “Dream On”, an album of Jazz classics titled ‘Moonlighting’ and writing a dynamic futuristic R&B, Soul-Rock album called “Glory”.
Paula’s amazing vocal range and experience performing in the styles of Gospel, Jazz, R&B, Pop, Musical Theatre and Rock have made her one of the most trusted and skilled vocal coaches to some of the brightest stars in the music industry.
For 20 years Paula has studied and researched the best techniques used by artists who have won over 160 Grammy awards collectively. With all her singing, performing and recording experience, Paula has created her own unique method that have had amazing, fast and proven results!
Whether it’s a new artist searching for their voice or an established artist who needs to be prepped for master recording sessions and appearances, singers who value their craft always seem to find their way to Paula. She trains aspiring singers at the Grammy Award winning Cherry Beach Sound Recording Studios, located in Toronto; home to artists like Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Drake. Paula is also a vocal producer who consults with labels, vocalists and producers on in-studio vocal production and works as an intermediary between producer and artist as needed for their vocal delivery and editing for recording sessions.
She has currently opened up her services in New York, L.A. and London.


Raelynn Chase an Afro-Canadian Native, discovered her passion for movement at the age of five. She began ballet lessons, closely studying the Ceccetti Council of America's syllabus. Raelynn passed "highly commended" on her certification examinations grades 1-4. Through her Vaganova ballet training with mentor Luda Knyazeva, Raelynn was accepted into Canada's Royal Winnipeg Summer Program in 2008. In addition to her certifications Raelynn trained in urban dance styles during her travels to North Hollywood, Los Angeles at Debbie Reynolds, Millennium Dance Complex, Movement Lifestyle and EDGE Performing Arts Center. Raelynn has caught the eyes of renowned teachers such as Malaya, Sonya Tayeh, Travis Wall and Jamal Story.
Raelynn trained extensively to received her certifications in tap, jazz, modern and contemporary, dance. Through love and support from her mother Raelynn was able compete in dance competitions throughout the U.S, winning overall solo titles and numerous scholarships such as “Future Star” from LADM.
In 2012 she received the "Teacher’s assistant award" from Co. Dance; a dance convention cofounded by Paula Abdul. This opportunity allowed her to assist alongside industry professionals such as as Tucker Barkley, Judy Rice, and Kayla Radomski. In addition to her certifications Raelynn has trained in North Hollywood, Los Angeles at Debbie Reynolds, Millennium Dance Complex, Movement Lifestyle and EDGE Performing Arts Center. 2015, Raelynn was accepted to study in New York City at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. Raelynn's desire to further her dance and holistic health education has been deeply influenced and inspired by her mothers stage 4 metastatic breast cancer diagnosis.

Raelynn resides in Toronto, working in the community as a performer, choreographer and coach. Her current studies include personal training, movement therapy and holistic nutrition.


Jovan Jovanov professionally known as Jay Jay, is a well-known Macedonian-Canadian Songwriter, Composer and Producer of Pop, Dance, R&B, Hip-Hop music. He began his music education when he was six years old. He graduated from Music Academy in Skopje. Now based in Toronto, Canada. Jovan has received many awards and acknowledgements. His songs have more then 100 million views on YouTube.

Jovan Jovanov founded Global Music Records in 2001. Global Music Records has been working for 15 years with many famous singers East of Europe.
